Confessions of a Dangerous Blogger:

Though words we had not yet exchanged,
I barely even knew your name,
But I knew that one day you’d be truly mine.

Then one calm day as we walked along,
The sun got lost and the wind blew strong,
Your hand reached out and held mine oh so tight.

And with that touch a feeling grew,
From you to me and this I knew,
Our future started here this very night.

Then somewhere beneath the Galaxy,
You leaned in close to talk to me,
And I turned and kissed your lips ’til they were blue.

It may have been right out of pace,
But when I saw your pretty face,
Well tell me, what else is a man supposed to do?

But nothing brought me so to tear,
As when I watched you sleeping near,
You woke for just a moment, maybe two.

You smiled and reached across to me,
And then you went straight back to sleep,
But not before you whispered “I love you”.
